Shipping and deliveries
Italy
Free shipping for orders over €99.00.
For smaller orders, the cost is €4.90.
European Union
Shipping equal to €15.00.
Non-EU countries
Shipping equal to €25.00.
Delivery of products and related costs
- For Italy, the products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer within 3/4 working days of shipping the Order, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site. Delivery times may vary during sales or holiday periods.
- We ship all over the world; however, Dream Project reserves the right to accept or not accept deliveries outside Italian or European borders. In any case, for deliveries to be carried out outside Italian borders, times may vary. In Europe, the United States, Canada, China, Japan, Australia and other countries, it takes approximately 6/7 working days, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site.
- With regards to deliveries requested in countries not belonging to the European Union, any import customs costs will be borne by the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to verify the costs and any import limits.

The delivery times indicated by Dream Project must be considered purely indicative. Any delay with respect to the same, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments, does not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery or to request compensation or compensation.
Shipping delays may occur during sales periods. -
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials, such as adhesive tape or metal straps.
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product, or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately detected by placing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
To facilitate delivery, make sure that the shipping address is correct and that all the elements necessary to identify the delivery address are present, such as name on the intercom, stair number or extension.
The couriers we use are: Bartolini, DHL or Poste Italiane.
In Italy, BRT provides a delivery formula of approx 3-4 working days.
Abroad, DHL provides a delivery formula of approximately 5 working days.
