Returns and Refunds
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can request a return using the methods indicated below.
How to request a return
- Send a return authorization request via email to customercare@mardemargaritas.com or via WhatsApp chat on the number 353 37 05 737, indicating the order number.
- Wait for the return authorization and, where applicable, the prepaid label.
- Prepare the package using the original packaging and make sure that the item is complete with all its parts, intact and with the security seal still applied.
- Send the package following the instructions received from our Customer Care.

Conditions for returns
The items must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging, including envelopes and boxes.
Each item purchased is equipped with a special security seal. Once the seal has been removed, the item will no longer be considered eligible for return.
The goods must be kept and possibly tested only for the time strictly necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without signs of wear, alteration or dirt.
Important: It is not possible to return an item purchased online in-store.
Change size or color
It is possible to request an exchange exclusively for size and/or color. It is not possible to request replacement with different products.
In the event that the exchange order requested does not meet expectations, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal and make a second exchange at his own expense.
Exchange processing time may vary from 7 to 10 working days.
Returns for EU orders
For all orders coming from the European Union the first return is free. The Customer must return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
Only the first return and/or change of size or color is free. Any further returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the Customer.
Returns for non-EU orders
For all orders coming from non-EU countries, the goods can be sent back with costs borne by the end customer, choosing the courier and preferred shipping method.
The Customer must return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
In the case of returns coming from non-EU territories, any duties and charges relating to the customs clearance procedure will be deducted from the total refund amount.
For non-EU orders, size and/or color changes are not expected.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and compliance with the conditions indicated has been verified, Dream Project will refund the amount paid, net of any additional shipping costs.
The refund will be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the item, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Dream Project may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the Customer demonstrates that he has correctly sent the product back.
When the return cannot be accepted
The right of withdrawal lapses in cases where Dream Project ascertains that:
- the returned product and/or its accessories and/or its packaging are not intact;
- the product is missing the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
- the product is missing integral elements or accessories, such as closures, laces or buckles;
- the security seal has been removed;
- the product shows signs of wear, alteration, damage or dirt.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Dream Project will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
